FIMITIC Expert woman member, Switzerland, has passed away. FIMITIC Secretariat, Vác, Hungary, March 15, 2008

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that , Rita Vökt – Iseli, Maisprach, Switzerland, due to a serious ill-health died on March 15, 2008.

The funeral will take place in Maisprach on Saturday, April 5, 2008.

The FIMITIC Board extends its most sincere condolences to Rita´ s family and the leaders and members of the Swiss member association procap.

The sudden loss of our colleague and friend is devastating.

The division for leisure and sport for persons with disability of the FIMITIC member association just published the catalogue 2008 related to the forthcoming events. It includes many ideas for inspiration of your future activities, adapted related to age, disability and abilities of everybody, children, adolescent, young and adult.

The FIMITIC Delegates´ Conference 2005 approved the reports of the past period together with the FIMITIC Internal Rules and developed a forward looking strategy by adoption of the biannual work programme 2006-2007 on the basis of the submitted motions as follows:

Bonn, October 10, 2005 - Nigel Brander, Ireland, is elected President of the Executive Board of FIMITIC on the occasion of the FIMITIC Delegates´ Conference in Nottwil (near Lucerne), Switzerland, on October 8, 2005.
