Experience at national level in the domain of lobbying and advocacy campaign for disability legislation having an important contribution to the working out of the first disability legislation in Romania (1991-1992) and succeeding to introduce in the Romanian Constitution an article for the special protection of disabled persons (Art. 46, that became in 2003 Art.50 of the revised Constitution).
Initiator and coordinator of 10 national programs and projects developed within a network consisting both of AHNR’s member associations and other non-governmental organizations active in the disability domain.
Very good communication skills for public speaking acquired during public speeches, presentations and debates on the occasion of different conferences as well as during the numerous interviews given to local and national radio/TV stations within the information campaigns on disability issues of the Romanian society.

„ELECTIONS 2000”- 2000 – Pilot Project in Romania aimed to create a network to: 1) educate and call the electorate –persons with disabilities- to participate in the presidential and parliamentary elections and 2) to raise awareness of candidates to the presidency and parliament on their responsibilities and need of a coherent governmental policy in order to remove the barriers which stop persons with disabilities to participate in the life of the society.
